The 1990 wired for sound was the best performance by a band ever and still to this day gets better THEY WERE ROBBED to finish I think 10th The judges must have been sending a message don’t dare play new songs that the crowd loved the bands now play bits and pieces of songs that the regular person has know idea what they are playing and sounds like crap, please if anyone who has anything to do with this parade and music let the bands play music we know not songs or 1/8 of songs the people on the street or on tv have no idea what they are. My 90 year old father was sitting in his chair watching the bands of the decade today jan1st 2021 and was so sick of it he turned it off saying he had no idea what the songs were and it sounded like mambo jumbo and it’s true for the last 25 to 30 years now I grew up with the string bands and now don’t even watch and it makes me sad. Yes they have better looking props but the music is sounding bad but these guys are great musicians just watch them in Wildwood or away from the parade and judges. Please your killing the parade and the bands popularity.
