Thursday evenings from May through September, the Mummers Museum holds a free outdoor string band concert under the stars. Bring your family and some lawn chairs, then sit back and enjoy the music. Refreshments are served at 7:30PM and the concert begins at 8:00PM. In the event of inclement weather, the concert will be held indoors.

years ago, the mummers would perform a show a convention hall. do they still have a shoe after the parade?
You are talking about the Show of Shows. I keep hearing rumors that they want to bring it back. I keep hearing that if it comes back it will be in Philly, most likely at Sugarhouse Casino, but I don’t know any details right now. They tried to bring a version of the Show of Shows back in 2017 called “Strutfest”, but it was cancelled unexpectedly.
